Technical Problems
If you have problems accessing the website, it may be due to one (or more) of the following reasons:
- Older version of Browser. You
should be using either Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE),
version 4.0 or better (IE 5.0 preferred) or Netscape, version
3.0 or better. If you're using an older version of
either of these browsers, you'll need to upgrade it.
- Web traffic. MRMIB's Web site
may be experiencing a lot of traffic, thus hindering the
download of our Web pages to your computer. Our
recommendation: Just be patient and allow each page to
download completely before you try clicking any of the links.
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Your ISP may be experiencing a lot of traffic, thus hindering
the download of our Web pages. Again, please be patient.
- Your modem. Your modem may be
too slow to download our Web pages, causing a page to timeout
before it's complete. You might want to think about
upgrading it, since it's also probably causing you problems
accessing the Web in general.
- Memory Though our Web pages are not overly large, they do include graphical elements. Your computer may just not have enough memory to handle them. Again, you might think about upgrading it.
